For those interested in meditation & using Yoga Prānāyāma practice as a preparation for meditation. Each week we will discuss a verse or two from the Yoga Tattwa Upanishad, practice various prānāyāmas, and then meditate.
Time & Location: Wednesdays from 12 noon to 1 pm at my office (5902 Laird Dr.)
